Marta Violet 2022

Marta Violet is a white wine from the very limited production of Muscat de Frontignon (70%), Xarel·lo (15%) and Macabeo (15%) from vineyards distributed by the Penedès in lowlands and poor soils in organic matter .

ELABORATION

Pneumatic press. The grape juice of each variety ferment separately in controlled temperature stainless steel tanks. The final coupage was made and rested a short time before being bottled.

TASTING NOTE

Pale yellow color. Brilliant and very clean. Great aromatic intensity with an elegant floral character very present. A lot of white and lilac flower that appears on citrus and juicy white fruit. Subtle fresh touches of aromatic herbs. In the mouth, good entry with silky and tasty travel. It emphasizes the freshness until the end, very good acidity and long end.

PAIRING

Ideal to take very cool to a temperature between 6 and 8º. Excellent to accompany rice, fish, seafood and smoked.
