Laurona Crianza is a red wine blend of Grenache and Carignan from vines over 50 years old, with a few strokes of Syrah, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.
TASTING NOTE
Very deep violet red color typical of his current youth. Its aroma is penetrating, complex and intense. At first it brings us memories of blackcurrants, plums, blackberries and roasted nuts. Little by little, as it opens, its complexity grows and appear spicy notes (vanilla, cinnamon ...) and a nice floral background (violets). Its palate is opulent, velvety and very persistent. Its abundant and balanced tannin ensures a magnificent evolution over the next 10 years.
ELABORATION
Controlled fermentation in 50hl. Macerations very long with frequent bazuqueos and come back to reach the optimal extraction.
AGING
Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
