Jaros is a red wine blend of Tempranillo (90%), Cabernet Sauvignon (2%) and Merlot (8%) from the El Quiñón farm.
TASTING NOTE
Garnet cherry color. In the nose develops aromas of forest fruits on balsamic and mentholate nuances, with spicy notes and fine woods. In the mouth it is a wide wine, balanced and with a persistent aftertaste very fruity and of mineral character by retronasal way.
ELABORATION
Fermentation for 12 days at a temperature of 26ºC. Maceration with her skins for 14 days.
AGING
Aged for 16 months in new and 1 year French oak barrels.
