Iris Red Vermouth is made with a selection of wines and aromatic plants. Following the traditional recipe that for decades has given its characteristic flavour and bouquet.
TASTING NOTE
It has a brown color with amber reflections. On the nose, it's soft, perfumed and elegant. It takes us to a world of thousand sensations, all of them herbaceous and balanced where the aromatic plants stand out such as rosemary, sage, fennel and licorice. Sweet, warm and balanced bouquet, a perfect harmony between alcohol and its extracts. Elegant herbal notes, mainly thyme, on a balsamic background with hazelnut and peppermint dabs. An unique aftertaste, it lets us a very nice, sweet and bitterness sensation.
PREPARATION
