Hacienda López de Haro Crianza is a vegan red vintage wine coupage of Tempranillo, Grenache and Graciano from old low production vineyards located in poor terrain on the Ebro terraces, in the Sonsierra area.
TASTING NOTE
Garnet color with tile colors. In complex nose, aromas of ripe red fruit and licorice combined with notes of coffee, vanilla and balsamic aging. In the mouth we find a soft and velvety wine, with sweet and ripe tannins. Friendly and easy to drink. Long aftertaste.
VINIFICATION
Manual venidimia during the month of October. Made in tanks of 30,000 kg. Fermentation at 28ºC. Two weeks of maceration.
AGING
Aged 18 months in French and American oak barrels.
