Finca Dofí is a red wine coupage of Grenache (95%) and Carignan (5%). It is a wine that intoxicates by the purity of its aromas and seduces with its irresistible silkiness. Its creator defines it as 'a hug for the soul'.
TASTING NOTE
Bright cherry color with violet border. In the nose it's all softness and elegance while in the mouth it's a dense, rich, concentrated and vital wine.
ELABORATION
The grapes were destemmed and then macerated at controlled temperature. The must fermented in wooden tubs with bazuqueos and made the malolactic fermentation in barrels.
AGING
Aging for 19 months in French oak barrels (80% new and 20% of a wine).
PAIRING
Ideal to accompany grilled red meats, Iberian ham, lamb and baked chicken.
