De Muller Chardonnay

De Muller Chardonnay is a monovarietal white wine, 100% Chardonnay.

NOTA DE CATA
Yellow color with light golden reflections. Balance between citrus and vanilla notes. On the palate, creamy texture, medium-high acidity with apple taste and pastry dabs. Its freshness is harmoniously complemented by the complexity of the wood. The result is a young wine that shows tropical and citrus notes with a creamy texture on the palate.

FERMENTATION
It's fermented in barrels in contact with its own lees for 2 months in a selection of French, American, Hungarian, Bulgarian, German and Slovenian oak.

PAIRING
Perfect to join with fish, grilled chicken, soft cheeses and creamy pastas.
