TASTING NOTE
Pale yellow color. On the nouse is a wine with tropical fruits and white flowers bouquets from Terra Alta. In the mouth, it's fresh and balanced. It has an important structure that mix with the whole acidity.
PREPARATION
Controlled fermentation and subsequent aging in stainless steel barrels for 3 months.
PAIRING
Perfect to join rice, white fish and grilled vegetables.
