Brandy Torres 20 is an exceptional Imperial aged brandy.
TASTING NOTE
Dark amber color. Deep and warm aroma, with traces of nuts. It exhibits elegant notes of spices (vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg). On the palate it is fatty, bombastic.
PREPARATION AND AGING
Distillated by the double distillation method of parellada and ugni blanc grapes. The aging takes place in selected oak barrels. During the first year new oak is used but later, the brandy is transferred to more aged barrels, thus avoiding the excessive aromatic influence of the virgin wood.
HISTORY
Torres 20 was one of the first brandis of the Spanish market to incorporate French varieties into its production, in this case the ugni blanc. This constant search for perfection has been awarded several times, among them, the gold trophy for the best Brandy in the world in the prestigious international Wine & Spirit Competition (UK).
