Bella del Bosc is a red wine, coupage of Grenache (30%) and Tempranillo (70%).
TASTING NOTE
Intense cherry color. On the nose, it's a complex and delicate wine with notes of ripe red fruit, lactic, toasted and spiced. In the mouth, it's sweet, balanced and rich in spiced nuances. Persistent and tasty aftertaste.
PREPARATION
It's made of selected grapes. Maceration and fermentation at controlled temperature, long aging in oak barrels and in the bottle.
PAIRING
perfect to join with red meats and elaborated dishes.
