Agustí Torelló Brut Reserva is a sparkling wine blend of Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada from old vineyards from Penedès area.
TASTING NOTE
Pale straw yellow color with green reflections. Fine and persistent bubbles of slow evolution with good rosary formation. On the nose, hints of white fruit, sweet notes and herbal and balsamic backgrounds. On the palate, is an elegant, balanced, fruity and fresh sparkling wine. Excellent balance between sugar and acidity. Long and delicate aftertaste.
VINIFICATION
Soft pressing vinification of each variety separately for 28 days in stainless steel tanks at 16ºC.
AGING
Aging of at least 3 years.
PAIRING
Perfect to join with appetizers, fish, white meats, cheeses and desserts.
