Mirgin Laietà Gran Reserva is a sparkling monovarietal, 100% Chardonnay.
TASTING NOTE
Straw yellow color with golden reflections. Fine bubble. Bright and clean Intense aromas with herbaceous notes, white fruit, citrus notes and fruity aromas. The palate is unctuous, dry and slightly fruity. Good acidity, long persistence and very tasty.
VINIFICATION
Cava from organic grapes with special bottle to accentuate the differential factor in addition to a very international coupage giving structure, aroma and flavor much more marked. Strict preparation "in white" to maintain the traditional lightness, but allowing the expression of the varieties depending on the vintage, with strict monitoring of the traditional method of production.
AGING
With a minimum aging of 30 months, it is put on sale freshly slaughtered.
